David MacLeod, Ph.D.
Bailli
In charge of all activities of the Bailliage and works with a Board of Directors appointed by him. He is responsible for control of all business affairs of the Bailliage, presides at all meetings and signs and executes all documents required of the bailliage. Represents the Bailliage as a member of the National Council, reports, cooperates and communicates with the pertinent Bailli Provincial, Chambellan Provinciaux and other Regional Officers, as appointed. He must also maintain effective and accurate records of the affairs of the Bailliage and see that all reports are issued on a timely basis.
Jorge Gonzales
Vice Chancelier-Argentier (Executive Vice President)
Manages administrative tasks, communications, dues, and oversees management of the Bailliage’s treasury, membership records, communications, and Bailliage logistics. Acts in the place and stead of the Bailli in the case of illness or absence. T
Kelly Cleary-Gonzales
Vice Echanson (Wine Director, Chair of Société Mondialé du Vin)
In charge of activities, functions and administration relating to Société Mondiale du Vin. She selects the wines for all Bailliage functions, and imanages the Bailliage's wine cellar. She s the Bailliage executive in charge of all Mondiale du Vin activities.
Dr. Bridget Bailey
• Vice Conseiller Gastronomique
A non-professional (amateur) member with extensive knowledge of gastronomy, assisting with the planning of events. Responsible for food decision for bailliage dinners. Works with the Vice Echanson on food and wine pairings
Chef Curtis Bell
• Vice Conseiller Culinaire
A professional chef or culinary expert who acts as the liaison between the Bailliage and member restaurants, planning and overseeing the kitchen operations for events. Responsiblr for verseeing the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs (Young Chef) competition for the Bailliage.
Deborah Watson
Vice Chargé de Presse
Manages public relations, takes photos, and documents the Bailliage’s events, and acts as the formal historian. They focus on taking high-quality, professional photos of the plated food and the induction ceremony, and they write the long-form review for print or national magazines.
Kasia Iwaniczko MacLeod
• Vice Charge de Missions in charge of Membership
Manages membership, records, and administrative duties for the bailliage, including recruitment, vetting, applications, onboarding, activation, and retention of members.
Lois Paul
Vice Chargée de Missions (Director of Special Projects)
Works with the Bailli to identify potential special events. For approved special events, handles venue coordination, invitations, ticketing, and event logistics. Responsible for organizing events that support the Chaine Foundation and other charitable Bailliage activities. Also, coordinates with the Vice-Conseiller Culinaire and the Vice-Échanson to recruit competitors for the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs competition and Jeunes Sommeliers competition (International Jeunes Sommeliers Competition),
Ken Stuckey
o Vice-Chargé de Missions (Treasurer)
Focuses exclusively on the treasury, accounting, and financial health of the Bailliage. They maintain the bank accounts, manage event ticketing revenue, pay venues, and file all legally required financial reports.
